Timeframe
Each piece is made by hand and on demand in my studio in Brooklyn, New York. Please allow up to three weeks for production. This timeframe does not include shipping. Once your order has shipped, I recommend referring to your confirmation email with tracking information for the most accurate delivery updates.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and clearly presented before payment, so you can review and approve them before completing your order.
For orders shipped outside of the United States, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as each piece is made to order.

Domestic Orders (U.S.)
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery only in the event of a confirmed defect. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact me at carlayoubi@gmail.com, I’ll be happy to help. Please keep in mind that each piece is handcrafted. Subtle variations, slight imperfections, and unique details are part of the nature and beauty of handmade work and are not considered defects.

International Orders
All international orders are final sale once shipped and are not eligible for return or exchange. The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. If a package is not picked up and is returned to the sender, the order will not be refunded.
